Heat the water in a large pot. Pour in the salt and cook the tagliatelle according to the package instructions.
Peel and dice the onion. Wash the courgettes, cut into quarters lengthwise and also dice.
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions for approx. 3 minutes. Add the courgettes to the pan and sauté for approx. another 3 minutes. Add salt & pepper to taste.
Harvest the Basil. Pour the courgettes into a tall container. Add the chilli flakes and Basil leaves and puree everything with a hand blender.
Put the courgette sauce back into a pot or pan to heat up. Add the goat's cream cheese and mix well.
Grate the parmesan. Mix the pasta with the courgette sauce and parmesan. Sprinkle with a little Basil and parmesan before serving.
