1 wrap, 1,000 possibilities. We have a filling for you with spicy halloumi and crunchy fresh Rucola.
Harvest Red Chili. Peel the onion, cut in half and into fine rings. Peel the garlic and chop finely together with the Chili.
Cut the halloumi into bite-sized cubes and roast in a pan with a little oil together with the onion and garlic until the onion becomes glazed and the halloumi takes on colour.
Meanwhile, place the wraps on a plate or rack and place in the oven on the lowest setting until slightly warm.
Wash the cucumber and cut it into small cubes.
Now you can fill the wraps. To do this, place a wrap on a plate, spread some hummus in the middle (all the way to the top, but leave about 2 cm free at the bottom to the edge), place the halloumi with onion on top, a few cubes of cucumber and, last but not least, freshly harvested Rucola. Fold the bottom over the filling, fold the sides of the wrap to the right and left and enjoy.
