Cooked too much rice? We have an idea! Together with green beans, Tatsoi and Pak Choi, you can whip up a light salad in no time. Adds variety to any barbecue buffet, but is also perfect for a quick lunch.
In a pot cook rice according to the instructions on the packet.
In the meantime, wash the vegetables. Then cut off the ends of the green beans. Remove the leaves as well as roots from the celery and cut into 2-3 cm long pieces.
Heat half of sesame oil in a pan. Add green beans and celery stalks. Fry for 10-13 minutes until the vegetables turn soft. Meanwhile, mix together soy sauce and the other half of the sesame oil. Add rice and sauce to the vegetables and fry together for another 3-5 minutes.
Harvest Buddha Bowl and place the Greens into a large bowl. Add fried rice as well as vegetables and mix together. Season with salt plus pepper and enjoy.
