You've often wondered what you can actually create from Pak Choi or Wasabina? How about an Asian, mildly nutty, slightly spicy Greens pan? This combination brings taste and pleasure from the Far East to your plate...
Cut the onions into semi-moons. Cut the garlic in half and slice thinly.
Heat oil in a pan and gently fry onions over medium heat until lightly caramelised. Add salt to taste. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
Harvest the Pak Choi, cut into quarters and add to the pan, deglaze with stock and honey. Mix well, flavour with salt & pepper and bring to the boil.
Harvest the Wasabina, add and cook for a further 2-3 minutes until it has wilted, then remove from the stove.
Drizzle with sesame oil, serve with more fresh Greens as garnish and rice on the side.
