Pak Choi with Wasabina Greens

Ingredients

  • 2 Seedbars Wasabina
  • 2 Seedbars Pak Choi
  • 200 ml vegetable broth
  • 60 g rice
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 1/2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • A bit of honey
  • Salt & pepper

Step 1

Cut the onions into semi-moons. Cut the garlic in half and slice thinly.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan and gently fry onions over medium heat until lightly caramelised. Add salt to taste. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.

Step 3

Harvest the Pak Choi, cut into quarters and add to the pan, deglaze with stock and honey. Mix well, flavour with salt & pepper and bring to boil.

Step 4

Harvest the Wasabina, add and cook for a further 2-3 minutes until it has wilted, then remove from the stove.

Step 5

Drizzle with sesame oil, serve with more fresh Greens as garnish and rice on the side.
