Gin Basil Smash

Ingredients

  • 12 cl gin
  • 20-25 Basil leaves
  • 4 cl lemon juice
  • 4 cl sugar syrup
  • Ice cubes

Step 1

Harvest the Basil. Place in shaker with the sugar syrup and muddle with the pestle.

Step 2

Add the lemon juice, gin and ice cubes and shake well.

Step 3

Strain through a bar strainer and a fine sieve into a tumbler with a few ice cubes. Garnish with Basil and serve with a reusable straw.
