This green smoothie has it all! Different Greens, such as Kale or Tatsoi, blended with banana and ginger, is a real immune booster. Perfect for the first cold days.
Harvest the Greens and put them into a (smoothie) blender. If you don't have a blender, the smoothie can also be made with a hand mixer.
Peel the ginger and bananas and add to the harvested Greens.
Add the water and blend until everything is finely pureed. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more water. Divide into two glasses and enjoy.
Tip: If you like it even fruitier, you can add a few frozen raspberries.
