Don't feel like cooking for a long time but still want something warm in your stomach? Et voilà, you've found what you're looking for. A quick stir-fry topped with crispy tofu.
For the sauce:
Dry the tofu and cut into cubes. Cut the spring onion and chilli into fine rings. Peel and chop the garlic.
For the sauce, mix water, brown sugar and soy sauce.
Sprinkle the tofu cubes with cornflour. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan or wok and fry the tofu over a high heat until crispy. Do not turn too often. Add a little salt and pepper to taste. Take out and drain on kitchen paper.
Now add the spring onion, garlic and chilli to the pan and sauté for approx. 2 - 3 minutes. Then deglaze with the sauce. Turn off the heat and remove the pan from the hot plate.
Harvest Stir Fry and mix into the sauce. Divide onto plates, top with the crispy tofu and serve.
