Broccoli always just a boring side dish? We make a tasty salad out of it - accompanied with fine Micro Broccoli and fruity tomatoes.
For the dressing:
For the topping:
Cut the broccoli into small florets and blanch in boiling water so that it is still firm to the bite. Then briefly rinse under cold water.
Harvest the Micro Broccoli and place in a bowl with the broccoli.
Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half and also add them to the bowl.
Mix the ingredients for the dressing and add to the salad. Sprinkle with a few almonds and serve.
