A pasta salad with that special something. The BBQ Salad brings a mild mustardy note to a plain pasta salad and really spices it up. Goes great with grilled vegetables or halloumi.
For the dressing:
Cook the penne according to the instructions on the packet and leave it to cool at room temperature.
Harvest the BBQ Salad and mix it with pasta.
For the dressing, mix together all the remaining ingredients, pour over the salad and mix. If there is still some time before you eat the salad, make sure you re-taste the dressing just before serving, as the pasta will make the dressing very thick and you may need to add a little more salt and pepper and/or vinegar.
Tip: The easiest way is to put all the ingredients in an empty jam jar and shake well.
