Avocado toast variations

Avocado... we just love you! Creamy and nutty, you just are the perfect companion for our Sunday breakfast in bed.

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 10-15 Sorrel leaves
  • 4-6 cocktail tomatoes, alternatively: 2 boiled eggs
  • Some olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Step 1

Slice the bread and toast or roast it.

Step 2

Drape the sliced or mashed avocado on the bread. Carefully drizzle with a little olive oil.

Step 3

According to taste, top with cocktail tomatoes or boiled egg. Flavour with some salt & pepper.

Step 4

Harvest Sorrel. Garnish bread with Sorrel, serve and enjoy this extra delicious breakfast.

Tip: Of course, many of our other Greens go well here too and can be chosen according to taste. Give your avocado toast a special, individual touch!
