In the mood for a healthy meal, but no time to spend in the kitchen? Then our tangy, mildly sweet Kale salad with Micro Radish is the perfect choice for you. Hardly any other Green contains more nutrients than the superfood Kale!
For the dressing:
Cut the apple into thin slices. Heat a pan (without fat) and roast the hazelnuts until golden brown, then set aside to cool.
After cooling, roughly chop the hazelnuts.
In a jar, shake olive oil, apple cider vinegar, grainy mustard and honey until creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Harvest the Kale and Micro Radish. Mix in a bowl together with the apple slices and half of the dressing.
Serve on a plate with crumbled feta, hazelnuts and the remaining dressing.
